Hi @PennyC ,
As per my understanding , That solution will help you
1. Use Related List (Affected CIs) + Multi-select Add
Prerequisites:
* Ensure Affected CIs related list is enabled on the Incident form.
* Your role should have access to CI classes (like cmdb_ci_computer).
Steps:
1. Open the Incident.
2. Scroll to the Affected CIs related list.
3. Click the "Edit" button (pencil icon).
4. In the slushbucket that opens, filter by class = Computer.
5. Select and move hundreds of devices to the right side.
6. Click Save.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking appropriate response as Mark my Answer Helpful or Accept Solution this may help other community users to follow correct solution in future.
Thank You

Hello,
This is very common scenario which was done by maximum admins.
Yes you can add multiple ci's into the incident through related list Affected CI Tab.
There you can click on edit and after select the CI's through filter whichever you want to add. Then save.

Hi @PennyC
You can add it only via the related list. Filter the impacted CIs using the ‘Calls Complete’ field, then search and add the relevant ones."
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
