How to discover IIS Application Pools?

Hey,

 

I have a requirement to discover IIS Application Pools, I got an official answer from ServiceNow which says its not exist OOB.

Appreciate if someone who had the chance to do it in past can share the way.

There is no OOB pattern available to discover the IIS Application Pools, You can create the custom pattern as required.
