Hello @MahithaV
Maximum days the PDI can be left inactive is 10 days, after that it is reclaimed.
If you're experiencing issues with your PDI, here are some important points to keep in mind:
-
Support Limitations: PDIs do not have official support, so the community cannot retrieve or recover your instance.
-
Instance Reset Option: You can release your current instance and request a new one, but this will erase all previous data.
To prevent data loss in the future, consider regularly backing up your PDI, especially for critical update sets.
Hope this helps!
Thank You!

ahoy @MahithaV,
have you tried to click the refresh button?
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance
If this doesn't help, you can try to access your PDI with /login.do (knowing your credentials is needed, it shall be in your mailbox) I was able to access my PDI during a maintenance to make a backup, release it and request a new one and then put the backup in and continue
