In Archive rule, why 'Retain references' field is read only once checked and saved? Why so? The same is mentioned in docs also. But I can uncheck from list view. Is there any impact if I uncheck in list view? If no, still wondering why its happening so in form view and ServiceNow is calling is explicitly about this in docs
