Hi Team,
We have integrated ServiceNow with Microsoft Intune using the Service Graph Connector. The integration is working fine, and device data is syncing successfully.
We now need to map some additional fields from Intune to CMDB, which are already available in the Intune staging table within ServiceNow.
Requirements:
- Map User Principal Name (UPN) from Intune to CMDB → Assigned to
- Map Device Enrollment Date/Time from Intune to a field on cmdb_ci
Could you please advise, What is the best way to sync these additional fields?
Any guidance or examples would be helpful.
Thanks!

Hey,
You can edit the mappings through the ETL. This community Answer should be able to guide you: https://www.servicenow.com/community/cmdb-forum/how-to-edit-a-service-graph-connector-mapping/m-p/22...
