Hello all, @Ankur Bawiskar @shloke04 @amitgujarathi
To sync devices from IP Fabric's Inventory to ServiceNow's CMDB Network Gear Table.
We have been working on integrating ipfabric-snow with our ServiceNow instance, following the steps outlined in the documentation:
"IP Fabric ServiceNow Application Installation and Management – IP Fabric Documentation Portal."
In simple terms, I forked the original GitLab repository to my own account, created the necessary credentials in ServiceNow, and then used Studio’s "Import from Source Control" feature to import the application using the forked repo URL and the created credentials. The application was successfully imported.
In the ServiceNow navigator, I can see the IP Fabric application with three modules: Devices, Fex, and Switch Stacks. However, I suspect some modules may be missing, though I’m not certain.
Could someone assist with the next steps? Specifically, how to proceed with the integration and synchronize the network gear/devices from IP Fabric into ServiceNow?
Appreciate your help!
