Mobile Agent without HAM - Managing Assets and CIs

I am not having a lot of luck finding information in ServiceNow Docs or other posts in the Community. I even posted in the HAM forum, but have received no responses.

 

Can the Mobile Agent app be used to manage CIs/Assets without having HAM (specifically for computers [laptops/desktops])? Ideally, we would like for our techs to be able to update computer CI and asset records on the go if they are not at a computer (i.e. updating states/statuses, updating assigned to and location, adding computers into our inventory via scanning, etc). For additional context, this is for a healthcare organization.

 

Any information that can be provided would be beneficial.

@kchapman87  Check the video provided in the below link in Product Documentation. If you don't have HAM, you can still use Mobile app and create a custom workflow to update the asset.
