Models is a foundational piece to maintaining a healthy CMDB, yet model normalization is not an available tool with the base ITAM product. This requires a purchase of HAM/SAM, which, for many, is not financially reasonable or sustainable. May I ask for recommendations on solutions with custom, 3rd party, or possible free resources that can assist with model normalization?
