Hello all,
I have been given 10 key and values, to map them to a Service instance (cmdb_ci_service_auto)
But When I open the service and click on choose method, and selected "Tags", then we will be getting two options, one is to directly give Key and values. and the other is to select the Service family.
Here, I have tried both the options to set the given 10 keys and values. but in vain.
Because, when I create a service family, I have selected 3 Tag categories and values updated for them. So, when I select the service family in the tag-based mapping, it is showing to select only one service candidate.
So, how can I proceed here?
