Not able to install Network Inventory Advanced (sn_ni_adv) plugin in PDI
Do we have any restrictions for "Telecommunications Network Inventory" related plugins

Yes we cannot able to install those plugins as they require HAM plugin which we cannot able to install in our PDI.

Hi @Shantharao 

No, you cannot install the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) plugin on a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI).

It is a known limitation that HAM is not available for PDI because it is a store app requiring official ServiceNow provisioning.

We can’t get this plugin in a PDI because it’s blocked by another plugin, which is part of a Store application dependency.
