Hell All

Not able to install Network Inventory Advanced (sn_ni_adv) plugin in PDI
Do we have any restrictions for "Telecommunications Network Inventory" related plugins

Don't we have option to enable the all ServiceNow store applications in PDIs
We can enable Discovery related configurations in PDI right which is also a paid plugin 

No, mate, that's not possible. The reason is that Store applications require the appropriate entitlements and licenses to use them. In some cases, they may also depend on third-party licensing. Because of these requirements, Store applications cannot be installed in a PDI (Personal Developer Instance). @Shantharao

Its PAID app from Servicenow store. You can not install it in your PDI.
