I need an documentation on how can we identify /detect orphan ci, orphan relationships and how can we cleanup. Need process documentation to enable future maintenance and knowledge sharing.

From OOB CMDB Correctness Dashboard ->Orphan CI Widget , you can detect all Orphan CIs.
For Clean up orphan CIs- this link can help:
