Platform Analytics Pivot Table not Bringing In All Environments for CIs

Hello,

I have created a pivot table in platform analytics where the rows are a class and the columns are the environments. It should show the total number of CIs in each Env however it has many blanks where there should be CIs (specifically Prod and Dev). When I do only a single class it comes in correctly. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Are you referring to the right column here? It looks like the field should be class.environment, if I'm not mistaken.

I'm not sure what you mean by the right column? I am referring to the columns that have blanks.
