Query related to task2 of micro certification

Greetings!

My query is that while performing task 2 I am facing as issue that when I run filter command  which is assigned to field is empty and the Assignment Group is Service Desk , then it showing no data for display .

How to resolve it?

Open any record and set assignment group is Service Desk and Remove the value from assigned to.
