A Configuration Manager working in the CMDB Workspace wants to see how CIs are connected to each other.
Which tool can be used?
Options:
A. Relationship Map
B. Unified Map
C. Business Service Map
Is there anything called relationship map in ServiceNow.. Or it is referring to the dependency view..?

Hi @sivasankaris,
You can use the Unified Map, which is located on the CMDB Workspace.
Manage CI details using CI Form in CMDB Workspace
Hope this helps!

There is no standalone tool called "Relationship Map" in ServiceNow. It seems here relationship maps— refers as Dependency Views which maps track dependencies, making it easier to pinpoint the root cause of outages and evaluate risks before making changes.
- Relationships connect two CIs and are physically stored in the cmdb_rel_ci table
- The visual mapping interface that lets you dynamically expand CIs upward (business services etc) and downward (servers, databases, network hardware etc)

Wednesday
This looks to be an exam question. I would recommend studying, or familiarising yourself with the platform rather than copying exam content here, as it both violates the agreement you signed and devalues this community forum.
