Replace SCCM with inTune

SCCM is getting deprecated by Microsoft and there is a need to upgrade to Intune.

To populate the ServiceNow CMDB with personal devices, it is required to use the Service Graph connector for Microsoft Intune. I want to know if this will require a purchase of a full ITOM license ; as for SCCM there was no cost in ServiceNow. Any guidance is appreciated..Thanks

If you are using the SCCM Integration plugin today, you can switch to use the Service Graph Connector for Microsoft SCCM instead.

This is provided without any additional cost through the ServiceNow Store.

Graph connector for SCCM cannot be used as Microsoft is moving to inTune. Does the Service Graph connector for Microsoft Intune require a full ITOM license purchase?

Yes, in that case you will probably need to purchase ITOM.

We had a similar situation, and it ended up with the purchase of the ITOM bundle in our case.

I would recommend that you check with your ServiceNow sales rep/solution consultant to check what would be appropriate in your case.

The docs mention about an a la carte option as well the details of which are not given. Is there no option to buy just the SG Connector + RTE?
