Restrict CIs(application/services) showing in impacted list which is not affected by services

Hello All,

We have an application which is used for authorization, which has multiple relationship attached to other application/services. When a change request is raised all upstream application/services gets tagged to impacted CIs tab under change and respective managers/team are notified.

Which relationship type can be used for those application/services, which can identify that these application/services are not directly impacted and can excluded from change impact analysis. Hence, notifying only those Applications team/manager which are considered to be really impacted by the change.

Is there any out of the box suggested relationship type available which can be used or we need to to create a new type.

Any suggestion would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Kumar Rahul

Greetings!!

I did research around this but OOTB there is no way to find out what exactly you are looking for, you can look in to these properties

I also remember there’s some configuration that helps to plateau the impacted services up to a certain level.

@Viraj Hudlikar  I think, i saw your post on same.
