Hi Experts,
We have setup the Service Graph Connector - Dynatrace plugin in our instance. The CIs are flowing in from Dynatrace payload nicely with the help of 37 OOTB scheduled data import jobs running, however we have a problem with SGO-Dynatrace-Process job where it populates the CIs in application (cmdb_ci_appl) class and it does not classify further into sub classes (cmdb_ci_web_server,cmdb_ci_web_site,cmdb_ci_microsoft_iis_web_server,cmdb_ci_db_instance,etc.,). The IRE rules include running process commands and key parameters in addition to the OOTB identifiers. Additionally, we have setup the same plugin in another instance with zero customization in place and even there the plugin is not able to classify the CIs to application sub classes. Please let me know if someone has similar experience and what was done to resolve the issue. Any leads would be really helpful and provide us the way to achieve the complete business benefit of this integration.
