We are trying to get the Service Graph Connector for BigFix to work and get a status code of 200 in the response when testing it in the Flow Designer but response body is {"total":0,"rows": [ ]}. The user account in BigFix has the the View Endpoints and View Hardware Inventory permissions set, the detailed hardware scan has been run, the data is there to pull but we can't seem to pull anything. The response body above is when we use the resource path of /sam/v2/computers. Tried to use /sam/v2/schemas/computer.json and response body was more like the below but still no records and then get an error at Step 3 of the Splitter of "com.glide.transform.transformer.exceptions.InvalidPathException: Could not find path in stream: $.rows". The Source Format is JSON with Item Path set to "$.rows"
computer_details":"association":true,"$ref":"/api/sam/v2/schemas/computer_system_properties.json","description":"Predefined and custom properties of the computer."},"computer_hardware": ......
We followed the installation guide provided on the store and referenced this https://help.hcltechsw.com/bigfix/10.0/inventory/Inventory/integration/r_get_computers_v2.html#new_get_software_instances otherwise we have made no changes from OOB and have the most current version.
Does anyone have a successful integration working and can advise what we might be doing wrong?

Hi Brenda,
Thanks for your response !! Please could you let me know what you mean by export/import of MAC devices ? Also has HCL not done it because it's not feasible technically ? please let me know whether you're aware of this too.
