Service Graph Connector in both prod and sub prod

Can you set up your SGC's in both Prod and Test at the same time?

We are having a situation where removed applications are still showing as installed in SAM Pro using our WSO-SGC.  We restricted all application status values to only 2. Installed, but we still see a removed application showing as active.  I would like to test to see which of these filters need to be adjusted, or if it is a combination of multiple:

Assignment Status

App Status

Installation Status

ahoy @landonloude,

if you have doubts about how some records were created or updated, eventually what sources did that, you might want to go to the CMDB Workspace and check the 360 tab

https://yourDomain.service-now.com/now/cmdb/multisource-analytics

It might require any of the ITOM plugins, if your instance has installed it by any chance it can give you insights, if not, then we need to search around more.

Also, I believe that it depends how the connectors are configured, do you have any team from the counterpart (WSO)? As simplified example on user provisioning - you can set it similarly:

1)

AD PROD <> SN PROD

AD TEST <> SN TEST

- prod data from AD gores to prod in SN

- prod and test is separated in both sides

or 2)

AD PROD <> SN PROD <> SN TEST

- AD prod and both SN prod and SN test are all aligned 1:1:1

I have seen both of these scenarios, it depends on the tenants in the other side and how it is connected.
