Hi,
When I open CMDB Dashboard through CMDB Workspace, at CMDB Health in home- The Completeness score card showing N/A, Correctness score card showing N/A and Compliance score card showing NaN%. When I click on any once of these score cards Completeness, Correctness score cards showing "One of more jobs failed" and Compliance score card showing "No data available".
Similarly, when I opened CMDB Dashboard through Navigator, CMDB Dashboard>CMDB View - same Completeness and Correctness score cards showing N/A and Compliance score card showing 0%.
And Overall score showing N/A.
I checked respective scheduled jobs and those are active only.
I checked CMDB Health Metrics and those are active only.
I checked CMDB Health Results and those are also correct only.
I checked Required and Recommendation fields, few CI Classes have those data.
I checked Orphan and Stale CIs, those also have data.
Checked few rules.
Ran scheduled job Manually even though, still showing N/A.
Any thoughts on this, why this issue happening
