SNPI - Import CMDB Data - Failed Fix

I recognize that this has been a known issue but I have not been able to find a reasonable "fix" for the issue. 

 

I am not able to validate this single lab because the file that is provided in the training is not mapped correctly to the learning lab.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hi @michelehaye 

 

Ensure that your Import Set table, Transform Map, and target fields are configured properly.

1)Hit this URL in your browser-

https://<your_instance_name>.service-now.com/sys_transform_map_list.do

OR

Navigate to System Import Sets > Load Data.

 

2)Ensure you create a new table or label it correctly. If you used the label CMDB Import,

your staging table must be precisely u_cmdb_import
