upsteam and downstream relationship for new custom table

Hi All,

 

I have created a custom table in ServiceNow. I want to populate upsteam and downstream relations for that table. How to populate it for custom table. Please suggest.

Upstream and downstream relationship work on CI as per terms, but if you want to see the table relations , table schema.
