URGENT: ServiceNow what table is for Backups

Hello Community,

ServiceNow what table is for Backups . Is there a table ?Please let us know. We are not getting table and customer is looking to upload data in OOB CMDB tables.

Any component wise tables for backups?

Hi @Nisha30 ,

ServiceNow is not utilized for storage of backups of servers and file systems - Think you need to look for a storage system instead.

Hi @Nisha30 ,

What do u mean by backup tables ? what kind of data u r trying to load. Servicenow OOTB contain multiple classes in CMDB. There are no backup tables present any where in servicenow.

Data backup is stored on servicenow end for which we dont have direct access. We need to raise a seperate request on HI portal to do so.
