why would you allow CI creation in that way?
Why would you allow end users who are interacting with Virtual Agent from portal to upload excel file and create CIs?
Is this a business requirement or for your learning purpose?

Hi @radhamanchi
Virtual Agent (VA) is used to obtain answers or to raise incidents or requests when a user is unable to find or access the correct information through a catalog item. Creating Configuration Items (CIs) directly through VA is not a good use case.
If you want a better solution, create an inbound action where users can send an email and the system reads an Excel sheet to create CIs or users. A catalog item can then be created, and VA can be used to trigger that catalog item to have the CI created.
