We need to create new CI's through Virtual Agent, if we upload the excel file that data need's to be upload in cmdb_ci table, is there any way to implement this?

why would you allow CI creation in that way?

Why would you allow end users who are interacting with Virtual Agent from portal to upload excel file and create CIs?

Is this a business requirement or for your learning purpose?

if it's learning purpose then fine

Steps

-> ask user to input file as attachment

Virtual Agent User Input File Picker

-> then you can use Script Action Utility to parse that file and create records into target table

OR
-> you can attach that file to data source and then trigger the transform map

Load Data. Script.
