Windows Discovery - Credentials are working, Ports are open, I am still unable to discover

- We have two servers running in DMZ that I am unable to discover using any of my MID Servers included the MID Server which should be allowing me access to all company devices in DMZ. I have tested credentials and they are validating, I have requested our Network Security team check firewall rules to make sure nothing there is stopping access and the Windows team has verified that all ports we use for Discovery should be open. I need assistance in figuring out next steps to take to resolve this issue.
