Wrong Configuration item being updated

During the import of InTune it is renaming server on the Windows Server Table. It renames the CI and updates the serial number, Model ID, and adds the serial number to the description field. 

I can not find how it is linking the PC to the server. If I fix the CI it get changed to the same PC on the next sync.

Could you please confirm whether this is a Service Graph Connector or a Custom Integration?

If it is a Custom Integration, kindly share the script as well. That will help us debug the issue more effectively.

We have not touched the rules. They are OOTB
