Wrong Configuration item being updated

During the import of InTune it is renaming server on the Windows Server Table. It renames the CI and updates the serial number, Model ID, and adds the serial number to the description field. 

I can not find how it is linking the PC to the server. If I fix the CI it get changed to the same PC on the next sync.

I've also tried deleting the records in cmdb_serial_number and fixing the records in sn_intune_integrat_computer_related after correcting the renamed CI and on the next sync all changes are reverted back
