In PA I created an analytic to show the SLA Resolution Success Rate. In the screenshot/attachment I am getting data, and it is correct at 99% up from 97%. I created breakdowns for each indicator and applied the right jobs to each respectively. Even after running the jobs, and I still unable to see the score for each assignment group [red box]. Can someone help me understand why the scores are not populating? Thanks.

Hi @Greg Wilk ,
have you run a historical data collection from 1st of Jan? And have you attached the breakdown to all automated indicators and formula indicators?

Yes. I checked. Historical data collection [PA Incident Historical Data Collection] is already a job part of both the automated indicators and the formula indicator.

Hi @Greg Wilk ,
Eventhough that the PA historical job is part of the automated indicator, have you manually run the historical job?
If you go to your automated indicator --> under related links --> press "Scores for this indicator":
Do you see your different breakdowns with scores within the breakdown
