Dear community,
I am investigating Business processes (CSDM-->Design-->Business process) and trying to find answer to how, where and when the field "Business criticality determined" is calculated. Documentation in ServiceNow states "Computed criticality of the business process based on the assessment of the sub-processes". But, I am not able find any more details on it. Is there a scheduled job that needs to be activated? If so, what is the name?
