Can you provide O365 Use Case example for CSDM 2

Have seen use cases including ServiceNow platform for CSDM 2.  Can you provide one for Office 365?

Hi Tim

There are no fixed CSDM2.0 model for 0365 across companies, IMO, it all depends on reporting requirements, number of supporting groups/levels,  - but for 

Business Application - it seems that "Platform Host" attribute should be 0365 or maybe also Sharepoint and then you can have Business Applications as child to that, mapping to Business Capabilities.

  • Office productivity (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Collaboration  (OneNote, Yammer, Sharepoint)
  • Projects
  • Visio
  • Skype for Business
  • Teams

And then the Supporting structure

  • ServiceDesk
  • Application Support
  • Infrastructure Support
  • Microsoft Support
