Hey John,

I installed the new version on my system too. And I am able to see the table. Could you please give us some information, where you tried to find the table?

For me this ways worked:

  1. Open CI Class Manager and search for SDLC Component
  2. In the filter navigator enter "cmdb_ci_sdlc_component.list"

In case both is not working you may check the plugin again. Sometimes a repair works. If all of that didn't work, you should contact the ServiceNow support.

In case it helped or you have additional questions, it would be great to hear from you.
Thank you.

The SDLC Component class is available in the CI Class Update on the store published in December: https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/ae99d84b2320330006c0110d96bf65...

Specific Forms and Products that use SDLC Component will be launched throughout the year, stay tuned for updates in store apps and in the San Diego family release.

I have that update installed in the environment, but still do not see the table in the system.

Hi John,

I recently experienced a similar situation: after a plugin installation, I couldn't see the new objects the plugin should have introduced. For most plugins, the simple refresh of the web browser is enough, but in my situation, I had to log out from the instance and then log in to see these new objects. Did you try logout and login?

Regards, Jiri
