Hi Team,
When I open CMDB workspace and go to CMDB health dashboard and click on Correctness KPI, then I found that Correct score is not getting calculated and see "One or more jobs failed" message as you can see in attached screenshots.
When I click on i Icon on Correctness KPI widget then I see staleness evaluation status - max_failure, you can see it in second screenshots.
I searched in google and gone through some documents, however not getting exact root cause and solution, so could someone please help me to fix it.
Thank you

Hi Ajeet,
I can't remember the exact limit, I think it is something like 50,000 records. I would recommend defining health staleness and inclusion rules that limits the number og CI's that should be evaluated for each metric.
You can check out the details here:
Create health inclusion rule • Australia ServiceNow AI Platform Capabilities • Docs | ServiceNow
This can be configured for the whole CMDB or each individual class.
Hope this helps.

@ajeetquick It is because Stale CI's count is more than max_failure threhold. So, in CMDB health settings update the health metrics failure threshold to 2,000,000 ( screenshot 1 ) and run the correctness KPI health schedule Job ( Screenshot 2). It will fix the issue.
