getting Invalid pharmacy compound uuid in flow designer

Hi,

 

Have moved flow designer from subinstances with updates. The flow is already existing in production, we are moving with updated of subinstances. Flow execution is creating error like "Invalid pharmacy compound uuid". Anyone knows why it is happening?
