Group email addresses are not autopopulated while replying

Hi Team

 

Could you please provide your inputs regarding SNOW issue. Group email addresses are not getting autopulated in email while replying to the requester

 

For an example

in the original email abc@company.com

in TOO file

and ccgroup@company.com is in CC field. So while replying to the original email abc.company.com would be available in too field however ccgroup@company.com is not autopopulated in the email we have to manual copy this email address. Please help for the same
