Incident Management Data

I am looking for either: real historical snow incident management ticketing data, or a method to generated realistic data sets of a size that I specify. BUT, if the data is synthetic, I need it to be realistic, with resolution notes, etc.

The format doesn't matter. It can be db backups, xml, csv, etc.

Any ideas? I've only found half answers and off topic comments up to this point.

I'm not sure what you are looking for specific, but reports and performance analytics reports / dashboards can generate incident management data based on specific requirement.
