Hi all,
In relation to CSDM best practice, how would you register below?
1 cloud application with only a PROD system have multiple accounts with again have multiple different support process/support groups. e.g. I would assume that "cloud application" (let's call it app") is a business application, and we then have an app (PROD) application service.
How would you then register the multiple accounts with different support processes / groups according to CSDM best practice?
Best regards
Anders

Hi Anders
Could you explain a bit more on those accounts?
So far the 1 cmdb_ci_business_app record linked to 1 cmdb_ci_service_auto (Application Service) seems the traditional way to go.
But accounts left me with question:
Are those end-customers accounts, that falls into different "service-levels" therefore different support process/support groups?
Are those accounts something more technical such as integration service/priviledge accounts that either run processes (batch) or that connect into to perform transactions (integrations) and then have support process/support groups upon their respective technical origin?
What can you tell us additionally to support the assessment/solution path suggestions?
Cordial
Daniel

Hi @Daniel Carvalho ,
Thanks for returning on this.
The accounts are end-user accounts for business purpose. As different departments have different accounts, and there is no aligned support process for the application service itself, the departments have invented there own individual process if issues or errors should occur.
Best regards
Anders
