Service Instance Use Case Examples - Beyond Application Service Instance

Does anyone have good use case examples for Service Instances beyond Application Service Service instance?

Reading through CSDM 5 and looking at what I think is the latest CSDM Data Model example deck, and am not seeing good references/examples of these Service Instance type:

• Data and AI Service Instance
  • Operational Process Service Instance
  • Facility Service Instance
  • Connection Service Instance
  • Network Service Instance

I think I get Network - like Corporate WiFi versus Guest WiFi for Network Service instances, but I'm really curious if folks have examples for Operational Process, Data and AI Service Instance.  Trying to get a little more anchored in when and how to use these.
