Service Offering Roles

When looking at a Service Offering in Service Portfolio view, there is a Team tab with fields like Delivery Manager, Business contact, Business Relationship Manager, Stakeholders. Do these fields actually do anything or have any permissions associated with them or are they just placeholders to be used however our company wants to use them?

Hi Michele
These fields are just meta data for you to use to store these stakeholders. If you need to,  build your own logic and use then to e.g. involve the users in a flow/process.

The ones that are functional are 'Owned by' and 'Delegate' in combination with the 'Service Editor' role. These users can then edit their Services and Offerings in Service Builder for example.
