We are migrating from one ServiceNow instance to another ServiceNow instance. Could you please answer below questions:

1. Best way to Data migration from one ServiceNow instance to another ServiceNow instance?

2. From our ServiceNow instance – can we download all attachments to shared drive? If yes – how do we link the documents to the SRN item?
