SLA breach triggered notification

my notification email is not being sent to the recipient for some reason.

SLA is configured correctly but notification is not being triggered.

my notification is configured as followed:

I don't know what's happening but I cannot see your attached pictures, I tried 3 different browser and incognito window:

Can somebody else confirm they see it, is it just me or the whole Community?

Thank you, I can see the attached pictures now.

Conditions look ok, can you please show me that record with breached SLA whose definition is the "New mobile issue..."?

 

It must be specifically this as it is a part of conditions.
