Why is CSDM Data Foundation Playbook using legacy Relationship between Application and Business App?

While preparing for CIS-DF and listening to video within CSDM Fundamentals University Training,  section Terminology And Initial Considerations , around 10:45, it's mentioned that with CSDM 5 the relationship between Application Services and Business Application changed from 'Consumes::Consumed By' to Uses::Used by:

On the other hand, I see this Playbook in the CSDM Data Foundations, that is telling me there should be an Application Service Consumes::Consumed By Relationship? What is the truth now going forward? If this was changed with CSDM 5 why does the playbook still setting expectation to use legacy relationship type?

“With CSDM 5, ServiceNow standardized the relationship between Application Services and Business Applications to ‘Uses :: Used by’ to improve clarity and consistency. While legacy ‘Consumes’ relationships may still exist in older implementations or playbooks, all new implementations should align with the updated CSDM standard.

The CSDM Data Foundations Playbooks:

  • Were created across multiple CSDM versions
  • Sometimes lag behind the latest model updates
