Hi there,
When I try to see the pending messages in this Community, I get an "Access Denied" message as shown in this screenshot.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround or solution?
Thank you in advance,
Lucas Vieites

Hi @Lucas Vieites,
there's an option to disable it, let's see what you have there in your case... navigate to the link below:
https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-preferences%3Aprivate-messenger
or go to your profile - gear in the top-right corner > My Settings > Preferences > Private Messages
And tell me whether you have it enabled or disabled:
If enabled, then it's really strange... if disabled, then enable it, give it some refresh and retry it again (perhaps a logout-login might be needed).

No, personally I've never seen that issue before.
Try logging out, clearing your browser cache, and logging back in.
You could also try using a different browser.
If that fails, you might have to raise a case via the Support tab here in the Community portal.

Hello @Lucas Vieites ,
Didn't face this type of issue before. You can try to login and logout again.

Thank you, @GlideFather , that actually did it.
What a weird error message to show for a disabled feature!
Kind regards,
Lucas
