Dear All,
I wanted to automate the approval delegation in the task(change Request, Service Request ) or in any other requests in ServiceNow which requires approval and the auto assignment or re assignment will happen based on the availability of the back up approver or delegate approver.
Please suggest the prerequisites and flow in detail to implement the same.

You can use OOTB Delegation for Approvals
You simply set approval for whatever user you want and create a delegate for that user. System will send approval email etc to that delegate person
Delegate approvals and tasks to another user

Thanks for your reply.
But my requirement is to automate the approval say ; Approval not done in 24/48 hour ,Then
Approval notification will be triggered to the back up approver/Delegate automatically.
Let me know if we can achieve that via flow designer or any other configurations???
