Hi Everyone
For one of my customers, we would like to propose running a Nexthink campaign (survey) when some specific ServiceNow tickets are resolved.
Ideally, we would like to move to Nexthink campaign for Survey, where we want whenever a ticket gets resolved in ServiceNow, it triggers via Nexthink Campaign for the user to capture his sentiment survey,
If you have good experience with this use case, could you please help with any documentation available on it? Thanks in advance!
