I’m currently working in a Desktop/Onsite Support role and looking to advance my career by learning ServiceNow. My goal is to improve my skills in IT service management (ITSM) and explore roles like ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Consultant in the future.
Can anyone recommend:
- The best courses or certifications to get started with ServiceNow?
- How much experience with scripting (JavaScript, etc.) is needed?
- What real-world applications I should focus on to leverage ServiceNow in IT support?
