Hello,
Does anyone know how to change my name (handle?) in ServiceNow Community?
My name shows in this screenshot as "Kody".
Can I change it to another?
My question is about this website "www.servicenow.com/community" but I feel that it's related to CSM.

Cool. But how many different accounts on this website do you need, and why? 🤔 🤔 😁
I don't know of any legit reason to have more than one account. Plus it gets confusing. Especially if you have certifications, etc. attached to multiple accounts.

I use two accounts in this community.
The first one is related to my works in the company which I belong as a full-time-worker.
The second one is related to my personal interests.
I'm going to register my certificates only to the first account.

Understood @Kody!
I just think life is much simpler with one account, and you can move up the Community ranks faster if all your contributions are recognized through one account. (If you care about that sort of thing.)
Also, ServiceNow has recently made it much easier to port your account when you change jobs, if that's one of your concerns.
Having said that, I totally get that there are times when you want to keep work and personal interests separate, so at the end of the day, it's totally up to you!
