Hello,
I've built a catalog item in my PDI (Zurich release) which is not appearing in the employee center/hub.
The catalog items is visible in the fulfiller view.
I've noticed this since I upgraded to Zurich. All the previously built catalog items in Xanadu shows up in the employee center.
Steps taken :
1. I have made it available for Any user (see screenshot attached)
2. Not available for is empty
3. Catalog item is placed under the 'Hardware' category
4. Item exists under the Service Catalog
4. Item is Active
Am i missing something here?

Hi @neeluk ,
On the Assign Topic tab, You should assign your catalog item to a topic-You should be able to see your item.You can navaigate to content taxonomy to learn more.

Hi @neeluk ,
Have you tried checking the Hide in Portal checkbox whether it is set to false or not. By default it'll be false but maybe accidentally if it's true. It's worth a try.
Also can you confirm me whether the portal that you're trying to add it contains those categories.
For example your category is hardware. whether hardware record is tagged with the right catalog or not. I mean is that what you're trying to add or not.
These are minor checks, but try once if this could help.

Do you have a field Availability on the form that you need to set to Desktop and Mobile?
