Did not know about search preview. That worked. Now what can I learn from that ?

Hi @bobkindelberger,
you need to add these to the taxonom of the ESC.
Search for taxonomy topic (not sure about the exact name), if you cannot find it, go to service portals, locate the esc, and through the related tabs below you can click through it until you get there and add it to the area of your choice.
This will make it displayed, let me know if this helped to solve your issue
